How does the 7-day free trial work?
Start today, explore the full program for 7 days. If it’s not for you, cancel within the trial. If you subscribe and want your money back within the trial period, send us your refund request by email to info@roxzone.training and you will be refunded in full.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage your subscription in your FITR billing settings. No contracts or hidden fees.
Do I need access to a gym?
Yes. You’ll get the most out of the plan with a functional gym/box (rower, skierg optional, sled, DB/KB, barbell, wall ball, running space). We include swaps if a station isn’t available.
Who is Hybrid Base Plan for?
Hybrid Base is for athletes of all levels who want to build endurance, strength, and hybrid performance fundamentals. Perfect if you’re new to hybrid training or preparing for your first event.
How is the training delivered?
Daily sessions are delivered via the FITR app with warm-ups, stimulus notes, scaling options, and benchmark tests. Just open the app and train.
How many days per week and how long are sessions?
3-5 days/week. Most sessions take 45-60 minutes; longer race-prep sessions may run 90 minutes.
Can beginners join?
No hybrid experience needed. If you’ve trained consistently for a few months, you’ll be ready to start.
What if I miss a day?
No problem—sessions are modular. You can skip, move workouts, or use our “priority picks” to stay on track.
Is there coaching support?
Elite includes guidance in the app and community access. For 1:1 feedback and custom adjustments, upgrade to Personal Coaching.
Can I switch between plans (Hybrid ↔ Elite)?
Yes—switch anytime. Your progress and benchmarks stay in the app.
Do you offer race-specific tapers?
Yes. Elite includes deloads and a race-week taper. You’ll know exactly what to do the week before your event.
I’m injured or need movement substitutions—what now?
We include common substitutions. For injury-specific changes, consider Personal Coaching or consult a professional.
Do you offer refunds?
Subscriptions are month-to-month with a free trial. After the trial, renewals are non-refundable—but you can cancel anytime before the next billing cycle.
Can I use a partner gym discount code?
