Every plan is built from what works on race day — not theoretical periodisation, but training tested under fatigue, station transitions and competition pressure. The methodology is shaped by real race experience, not just programming theory.

Both Hybrid Base and Hybrid Elite use the same core methodology. What changes is volume, intensity and the level of athlete the programming is built for. Strength, structured running and HYROX-specific station work combine into one progressive system — delivered weekly through the Strivee App with video demonstrations, exercise descriptions and performance tracking aligned to your goal race.

Suitable for anyone with basic fitness who wants structured training. You should be comfortable running 5K and lifting bodyweight before starting.

Yes — cancel anytime from your account, no questions asked. You retain access until the end of your current billing period. There are no annual contracts, hidden fees, or cancellation penalties. You can also downgrade from Elite to Base, or pause and resume your subscription whenever you need a break.

RoxZone training plans are delivered through the Strivee App — a training platform built for structured coaching. After subscribing, you receive your weekly programming directly in the app with video demonstrations, exercise descriptions, and performance tracking. You log your sessions, see your progression over time, and access full RoxZone community features. The app works on iOS and Android. For 1:1 Coaching clients, Strivee is combined with direct messaging access to coach Vasco Garcez.

Yes, anytime from your account. The transition is structured — Elite picks up where Base left off, increasing weekly volume to 12-16 hours and introducing race-specific periodisation. Most athletes upgrade after completing their first HYROX race or once they're comfortable with the 8-12 hour weekly load of Base.

Access to a gym with barbells, rowers and ski ergs is recommended for the full programming experience. These pieces of equipment are central to HYROX-specific work and replicate the race-day setup. For sessions where this equipment isn't available, exercise substitutions are provided to maintain training stimulus and progression.

Yes — programming is built around your goal race. Once you have a confirmed race date, the schedule blocks into base, build, peak and taper phases aligned with your event. Typical preparation is 12-16 weeks for first-time HYROX racers, and 16-24 weeks for athletes targeting sub-elite times or podium results. You can register your race date with the team and programming will adjust accordingly.

Hybrid Elite

Built for athletes targeting sub-1:15 HYROX times and competitive race performance — typically 12+ months of structured training.

We block by race calendar — base, build, peak, taper. Volume and intensity flex around your goal events.

Yes — programming can be modulated. Elite athletes also coordinate volume directly with the team.

Yes — every confirmed race triggers a structured taper protocol starting three weeks out. Volume reduces progressively while intensity is preserved, allowing you to arrive at race day fresh without losing fitness. Both Hybrid Base and Hybrid Elite include race-week taper protocols, with Elite athletes typically coordinating directly on race-specific adjustments.
